As per Tas Master's policy One Account Per Person Not allowed. If the same person opens two accounts, both will be suspended and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

However, two different people from the same household — such as a father and son — may each have a separate account if they use different mobile numbers, different national ID cards, and different payment methods, even from the same IP address. Both individuals will need to verify their identities separately during the verification process.

Warning: If duplicate accounts are detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Do not attempt to claim old bonuses through a new account.

Timing varies slightly depending on the type of win:

Sports Betting wins: After a match ends and the result is confirmed, it typically takes 5–15 minutes to be credited to your wallet. Live bets may take slightly longer.

Live Casino game wins: Near-instant. Typically within 1–3 minutes your balance will be updated.

Lottery rewards: Once verification is completed after the draw closes 24 hours to your wallet. For large winnings (over ৳10,000), identity verification is required before the funds are sent.

Withdrawal Timeframe: For withdrawals from your wallet to bikiash/Nagad, it typically takes 15 minutes to a maximum of 4 hours required. Transactions between midnight and 6 AM may take a bit longer.

If winnings haven't arrived after 24 hours, contact support with your transaction ID.

Once logged in, you can easily view this from the dashboard. Follow these steps:

Latest Records 6 months of data is available. For anything older, please contact support. The same option is available on the app — tap the "History" or "Records" icon in the bottom menu bar.

Tas Master supports multiple languages, including Bengali and English. There are two ways to change your language:

Without logging in: A language selection icon (usually a globe icon) is located at the top or bottom of the page. Click on it and select "Bangla" or "Bengali".

After logging in (permanent change):

Go to Account Settings → select "Profile" or "Preferences"

Select Bangla under the "Language" option and save


Once saved in Settings, the language will default to Bengali on your next login as well. On the mobile app, it's even easier — go to App Settings → Language → Bengali.

Please Note: Some technical terms may appear in English, but all main menus and instructions are available in Bangla.

Yes, Tas Master offers two separate features for this:

Real-Time Scores (available to all members): After logging in, head to the "Sports" or "Live" section to see live scores updating in real time for all ongoing matches. Cricket coverage includes ball-by-ball updates, while football shows goals, cards, and corners.

Live Streaming (selected matches): Some matches are available to watch via live stream. To access this feature:

Account must have a minimum balance of ৳100, or you must have placed at least one bet in the last 24 hours

When you see a "Live" icon next to a match, click it — the stream will start immediately.


Matches with streaming available are marked with a special icon in the list. Streaming works best on the mobile app.

There's no separate application needed for Tas Master's VIP program – simply bet regularly and you'll automatically accumulate points and advance through the tiers.

Deposits via bikash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported 1–5 minutes to your wallet. During periods of high mobile banking server load, it may occasionally take Up to 30 minutes or more.

If it still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, here's what to do:

Your bKash/Nagad SMS confirmation will include a transaction ID. Make sure to save it.

If a deposit fails: If money was deducted from bikash but never credited to Tas Master – it typically returns to your bikash account within 24 hours. If it doesn't, contact support with your transaction ID.
